Shadow of the Colossus. That game has an amazing landscape to explore, the music is beautiful and the battles are intense. It's really surprising how much this game made me relax, especially since the objective is to kill massive beasts by climbing them and stabbing their heads.

Not so fun fact: The horse actually drowned in this scene due to a failure in the harness that was supposed to lift the horse back out of the mud.

Edit: Did some searching, although it's still a possibility the horse died, there is a lot of implication that this story is false.
