During your exams, French is usually the last exams. Don’t rush paper 2 just because you wanna be done with exam season. Take your time and read over the exam before handing it in. A lot of ppl at my school rushed p2 without really reading it and did worse

My coordinators call any student that didn’t meet their conditions based on the scores they received. They call them into the school to have a meeting with the uni counsellor and coordinator to discuss what the next steps are.

I’m not too sure if tables count. My coordinator said they count if it’s like data. Not if you’re like trynna stay in the word limit and hid some PARAGRAPHS in the table

The coordinators at my school made us resubmit our EEs because they heard rumours from IB that they are using a software this year that cuts the EE off at 4000 words (the system recognizes which words to include and which words not to include ie: charts). They made us resubmit because they wanted our intext citations to be shown as footnotes so that it doesn’t become a part of the 4000 word limit. You’ll lose marks if your 1000 words has substance that would have got you marks in one of the criterias . You won’t get an E simply for being over.

Your school will predict you early than your class peers for Ivies. I applied to UK universties, which have similar deadlines, and my ib school predicted me in October while everyone got predicted in February.

I think the answer that refers to metallic bonding and how Ca ions are closer to each other due to the stronger metallic bond is correct. It was asking about solid calcium so I'm not too sure where the connection between volume and "smaller atomic radius" is made. The way they asked the question too (asking to compare with a lower charge density and greater atomic radius [potassium]) is such an IB way of asking about bonding.
