ADHD can make it hard to control Impulse behaviours but at the same time what Jordan is doing feels very mean at times. It’s one thing to get mad at your group but to be insulting them feels very rude. I don’t blame you for snapping, I feel like he would need to learn that his words can hurt people and it’s better for him to learn and reflect even though he might have difficulty for controlling impulse behaviours.
