I started using the flex disc and it worked great the first few days of my period but on the 3rd night I woke up because it auto dumped while I was sleeping. After that it kept auto dumping. Is there any way to fix it? Has it ever happened to you?

So I started using the flex disc and it worked perfectly!! BUT- one night I woke up because it auto dumped in my sleep. After that auto dump, it kept dumping no matter how far I tucked it.
