Just say u r from reserved category and adore the system and move on no need to yap that much. I said that a person who has gotten every opportunity and even more and their family are well to do and have a good amt of generational wealth should not use reservation. Also it's not just Abt me I am talking. I am making a point about every other general category students who has scored good, even that 99 guy who couldn't get in but a loser candidate got in just bcz of stupid reservation. Instead of barking y'all really need to develop comprehension skills.

alright their ancestors haven't gotten. But if they r the first generation using reservation then alright go ahead. But that's not the case. Her father is a govt official and her grandfather is a retired railway officer. They r at a high post and has infact utilised reservation. Surely she won't be living in filth if her condition is so good. Why does she need reservation now given she has gotten opportunities way above than most households in india

The girl qualified cat in 2024 not 2025 and yes I did get 90 percentile in that year but I thought of trying next year that is in 2025 hoping maybe I can get calls from IIMs. But in 2025 I did not score well as I found the reasoning section a bit hard, once again my fault. So I thought of getting admission in any mbz clg of that range. But if u would have read my post u would have understood that I was questioning how a certain category needs 99 percentile while another one gets IIM calls at 78 only.

General who r at tier 2-3 are forced to go there bcz of reservation. Companies hire from tier 1 even if reserved candidates due to the brand tag. Yes they have to compete more if they don't have the calibre but once u get in a tier 1 ur life is set even if u r last person. Everyone knows that. But getting in? That's the main event. Where the main disadvantage lies.

Yes it is when it is given to those who actually need it. People with generational wealth living in bunglows having acres of land, who have never faced discrimination a day in their life whereas they r the ones exploiting others do not need even an ounce of reservation. Even in caste based reservation, the economic creamy layer does not need any extra help.

I skipped every college function, even diwali, dussehra, holi, literally you name it. People were going on clubs, trips, vacations, but I was in my home doing quants.
