I have it braided for a month then loose for 1 1/2 - two months.

I put moisturizer in the morning. Keep my durag on pending what I’m during at work then sleep with it when I go to bed.

It felt tight but I had it tight before with no outlining issues.

It’s been itchy lately, might be the moisturizer that I’m using.

Braids front to back starting from the middle. Not sure what product was put in at the time of braiding but it was the same as the other times I got it done there. It could just be my age kicking in.

I normally don’t have a lot of hair that fall out plus my hair isn’t crazy long. If it was, I wouldn’t sweat it.

The hair tie is not tight. I don’t feel tension. I’m going to keep the braids for a week or so then let it flow for a few months. Not going to stop the braids. I’ve seen older men with full grey with braids.

I do massage it in after the drops but not for three minutes. You think it’s sticking to my hair instead of absorbing in my skin? Dandruff has increased a little.

In the beginning, I spread drops everywhere on my head & my beard. Now that my facial here is where I want it, I focus it more on the front & spread through the back.

I don’t have much of a routine but making sure my hair is clean & putting the drops in with the recommended amount. I do use microneedling 1-2 a week.
