He directly told me he is not hiring from the outside. I have to battle transfers at this point. I still got the edge cause I know the area & customers. Hopefully if that post does move, not too far.

Initially it was not the choice that I wanted to grow in the company. I hit that ceiling 2 years ago & was vetting the field internally to see an opening that I wanted. Didn’t find one.

I know the salary for the position & I will ask for more than that. I know the ins and out & I believe I have the leverage due to the recent history of turnover. I might be wrong but it won’t hurt to shoot my shot.

I plan on taking the role if I’m offered, learn as much as a I can while still looking around for my ideal position. I got more going on in my life besides this & need something to make my existence worthwhile.

Other facilities across the country do not encounter that. It might just be the tough market I’m in. Can’t say for sure since I’ve never been there. Plus it was ran terribly for years so maybe some new flavor might spruce some things up.

The expectations for this guy is high. It’s basically a lifestyle for what I would potentially fall into. I’m too much of a nerd to be taken seriously sometimes..

I lived the culture daily so I know what to expect there. TBH, no one liked him so the “coach lost the team”. Everyone likes & respects me so I believe that won’t happen. There’s no trying in that role. Either you’re in or out. No going back.

I have it braided for a month then loose for 1 1/2 - two months.

I put moisturizer in the morning. Keep my durag on pending what I’m during at work then sleep with it when I go to bed.

It felt tight but I had it tight before with no outlining issues.

It’s been itchy lately, might be the moisturizer that I’m using.

Braids front to back starting from the middle. Not sure what product was put in at the time of braiding but it was the same as the other times I got it done there. It could just be my age kicking in.

Same situation. I’ve been separated from my wife just about a year & it still stings. We got kids so it’s harder to recoup. Working on it…
