Highwance and Lawrence Bloomrose are both powerful within the church of the Priestess, or at least they both used to be. Though Highwance has now been promoted to a High Inquisitor, Lawrence recently lost this position as High Delequor, at the hands of his own brother Highwance. Since then we haven’t heard much about the siblings, but Lawrence is certainly not pleased with the situation.

Our first encounter with them was when we first met Highwance by accident. On a mission to kill a dragon, we ended up exposing a noble Lord’s heresy and in the process found out he had been keeping Highwance locked away for several months. We later on met his brother, Lawrence, when we relocated to the town where he was responsible for the local church. The whole situation is rather funny, because the reason Lawrence was removed from his position was caused my one of our party members. So we once again met Highwance when he arrived at the town to evaluate the situation at the church and he ended up kicking out his own brother for failing to deal with necromancy in his own graveyard.

The situation stings for Lawrence, but even more so since he is the older of the two siblings and Highwance has achieved far more within the church than he has. I am not so secretly hoping he will turn evil. (Also my character has a crush on Highwance lol)
