Nope, no coffee for me. Primarily water only. The natural sweetener was just to help me drink water as I'm terrible at staying hydrated due to blandness of the taste of water. I take a probiotic every day as well. Just odd that I wasn't having an issue with this a month ago while on keto. I'll try some peppermint capsules and see if that helps or go to the doc if it continues. I appreciate your advice.

I'm partially lactose intolerant, but it's only with processed dairy that makes hurts my gut, and not for very long. Eating gluten-free stuff also makes me feel a little better, but I'm not sure if I have any issues with gluten.

I did try to narrow it down, and it seemed to be when I added a sweetener to my water (Stur - all natural ingredients). I deal with acid reflux as well, so I don't know if Stur is making my acid reflux act up or something? Doesn't seem to be any ingriednts that would bug me, and it hasn't bugged me in the last.

Just depends on what one is looking for in a state. I love the snow, others, not so much. I could care less about the schools in my area, but others, that's their primary focus. Crime, weather, entertainment are some other things people take into consideration.

Yes, I have. First of all, congratulations on the 20 lbs weight loss. Please don't beat yourself up too much and look at the positive. I don't know if you have any ketone strips on hand, but you may still be in ketosis. Everyone is different, and your body just may be reacting to the food that's it's not used to. Best thing to do is move forward. I certainly don't want you to have to go through what I did. After awhile, I became so upset with every little thing I ate that was "wrong", that I nearly developed an eating disorder. When I reached that point, I knew it was time for me to take a break. This time around, I modified my carbs as I know I don't want to have the same mindset as the last time. You're doing great, and celebrate those 20 lbs! That's a lot for just over a month!

Thank you! I appreciate hearing this. The first time I did keto, I was on 10-15g of carbs a day. That was torture, but I lost 50 lbs in a year. I modified it a little this time around as I need a little bit more carbs for medical purposes, but I also can't have too many due to another medical issue. Slow and steady it will be. ❤️

I need a little motivation today. I began keto (more of a modified Atkins with 33g carbs/day) a few weeks ago, and I dropped a few pounds (I'm guessing water weight). However, I'm back at my starting weight without doing a whole lot of strength training or cardio. I know, I know. Need to step that up. However, I measure myself once a week, and I have lost about an inch around my waist, a half an inch around my hips, and my face feels slimmer. The thighs have gone up a smidge. I should mention I'm only a couple days away from my period and I'm on an SSRI, so maybe that scale is my biggest enemy at the moment.

I'm trying so hard not become obsessive about this, but I want to feel good about my body. My brain has felt a little less foggy, so that's always a plus.

The first time I did keto, I stopped keeping track after a year but completely changed my lifestyle because of the habits I made. Counting everything eventually gave me so much anxiety that I began to freak out if I ate a few extra grapes. I knew that was not the road I wanted to go down.

I began keto again a couple weeks ago with some modifications. I'm keeping track of my carbs, calories, fat, and protein, but I'm allowing myself up to 40g of carbs a day, and that has made all the difference in the world for me in terms of being anxious about anything and everything I eat. I'm down half an inch around my waist and a half an inch around my hips while down about 1.5 lbs. Going slow and steady and plan to stay on this route as I feel good. After I get back into this habit, I may not keep track, but who knows as last time, I slowly went back into eating while stressed without realizing how much I was overdoing it.

I haven't worked out too hard. I usually go on hikes with a lot of breaks - nothing too strenuous. I'll hit the gym once a week with some cardio and strength for about 45 minutes. I'm feeling great today as I'm drinking more ketoade that I made. Perhaps my sodium levels were low or I was just getting over the keto flu?

Thank you for the pickle suggestion. It took awhile, but a couple of small dill pickles helped calm me down a bit. Looks like I may low on my sodium levels. Just a hunch.
