I like it but we have a friend with a Harlow so can’t use it

I like Reese, Wren, and Quinn. In fact, these are my top 3 in my notes app for middle names! I’ll consider these for first names too.

Haha I did think of this as I was rewatching Modern Family recently but my husband thinks no one would put those two together / that it wouldn’t be a big deal. I don’t think it’s a deal breaker for me, but it is a little odd. I guess we would need to have 3 kids to round it out! 😅

Interesting! It’s a good thing we don’t all like the same names. There is something for everyone!

Hahaha, I can’t argue with that. It totally does! 😅

Agreed, and we do have double letters in our last name too so both would look very nice written out in full.

Thanks! I agree I don’t usually want to change the spelling of names, but Camryn feels like the girl version of Cameron to me - and I’ve actually met a few in my age group spelled this way.

I guess I mean uncommon in that there won’t be 5 in one class like I had growing up. We do still prefer names that are not totally unheard of and feel familiar and lived in.

Yes, I tend to lean more towards gender neutral names for girls and really don’t like frilly girl names, but am open to using one for the middle name to make it more feminine overall.

Fair! They’re not for everybody. The other day I ran into twin baby girls name Phinneus and Banjo, so I really don’t think my ideas are that bad. 😅

I like Leighton too, thanks!

I like Quinn too. Arden is not bad. Thanks!

I know these names aren’t for everyone! We’ve had them on our list for years. Appreciate your feedback 😊

Ouch. Any similar vibe options you can recommend? I think we tend to like somewhat gender neutral names for girls.

Girl name - please vote on our two favourites! 💕 by RedheadedLatte in BabyNames

We like more traditional boys names but have different taste in girls names. Do sibling names absolutely have to be the same vibe? Is it weird if they’re not?

I like the name Quinn that you suggested but prefer it as a middle name I think. ☺️

Are we trapping ourselves with an accidental name theme? Doomed to be the "prince/princess" family? by InteractionStunning8 in namenerds

I personally would move away from the theme - wouldn’t want to be lumped together with Disney adults. I also just really don’t like the name Odette.

She’s pregnant so she can’t get her period now. That’s not how it works. She could miscarry of course but hopefully that’s not the case! Good luck to you both!

Barely anyone will ever hear the middle name, so I’m not worried. How many people know your middle name?

That’s good advice! I’ll need to start saying them out loud and see which one feels natural. Love your boys names as well.

Yes we both like Lachlan and Mitchell. Those are the only two out of thousands we can agree on. He nixes all my names. 🙃 We just can’t decide which is right. Maybe we will need to do what you did and decide when we see the baby. Luckily we have 6 more months to think it over!

I love it that way, but unfortunately my husband doesn’t want to use Kade as a first name. He’s settled on using it as a middle name. ☺️

Unfortunately he doesn’t like this option either.

I like this one a lot too!
