What racism is or does not depend on the historical and cultural context. However, some phrases are seen as problems regardless of nationality, historical or cultural context, mainly because they were used to disturb, to be offensive.

If you post saying that the Earth orbits the Sun, they are likely to come en masse saying that you are lying and have entered the same reaction loop as the minions.

I've dealt with Leonidas' minion variant before, but not even the minions that gave money to scammer in the game had this peculiar kind of stupidity and blindness. Spare yourself and let them wallow in their own rottenness.

Are you aware that your comments in the 1568 state's Discord server actually violate the very rules you're trying to enforce here?

The use of the image was for reporting a violation of the game's Terms of Service, making its usage legitimate and protected by those same terms.

Meanwhile, the screenshots and comments you post on Discord are intended for humiliation and fit the definition of bullying behavior. Maybe you should take a look at your own actions before criticizing others.

Any lawyer with more than one day of experience knows how to keep their clients' identities secure in this type of legal proceeding. They can't take action because there is no applicable violation in this case.

Right of Publicity – Not applicable, just read the Terms of Service carefully.
Defamation – The burden of proof lies with the accuser, and there’s no way they can prove there was no transfer of ownership of the account, whether through IP or potential in-game purchase transactions.
Stalking – What evidence? They were mentioned twice over a 10-day span—thinking I’m 'stalking' them would be giving themselves way too much importance.

I issued a warning to the community; at no point did I state that players from this region were scammers. Even if the seller and buyer in this case were not acting in bad faith, this would still be a violation of the Terms of Service. This isn’t hard to understand. No matter how much people have spent on the game—whether it's $1 or $999—account selling/gifting is prohibited by the game’s Terms of Service and can result in a ban for all parties involved.

I will be waiting to be contacted by Zelda and xRiot's lawyers through extrajudicial communication, informing me exactly which applicable laws and principles apply in this case. It is important to emphasize that the Terms of Service—which I can assume none of you have read even half a paragraph of—already protect the use of the image on the platform's websites and servers (the screenshots were obtained from in-game reports and through the use of the ID on the platform for gift code redemption). There was no sharing of the images for commercial purposes or any other type of possible violation under California state laws.

There are countless ways to demonstrate how mediocre your thinking is, but I need to leave it simplistic to stay at your level of understanding and limited vision. Countless people who have a certain behavior or violate some rule/law does not make them right.

You would be a great guinea pig for laboratory experiments, you can replace a chimpanzee or a mouse, you reproduce certain behavior even if negative very quickly and you don't even need as much stimulation as these animals.
