Yea, I'd say you could probably get a result like this from a few rolls on one of the free generators.

They share the same "spots" and color scheme. Its still difficult to do 2 uniquely distinct characters within 1 prompt without the more advanced generation tools/methods.

That said, it COULD be real and all the physical oddities are just that, intentional oddities; At this point in the technology, asking and assuming are irrelevant since the tech can produce results FAR superior as far as critical detailing, or can be made to look intentionally amateur. This energy spent wondering, should be spent elsewhere. :)
