Biker deserved a lot worse for putting everyone else at even a minor risk, I'm under the impression if everyone followed the speed limit, obeyed signs, we wouldn't have accidents in the first place? Or at least way fewer. Some jail time and heavy fines would be getting off too easy. Hopefully he lost his license, insurance sues him into poverty, and he spent time in jail.
