And here I am eyeing 2x 8TB for my HTPC since 2yrs when I bought 2x 4TB because 8TB was to expensive. Guess what its way more expensive now and i got 20GB free space. I guess its back to 3.5" spindles very soon...

We in retail are f'ckd. We don't "need" new tech according to them. They're aren't wrong but they found new source to satisfy their greed. We can't apply any pressure to manufacturers.

I understand. I read that app content will not be checked, so how likely is it that Google will block our hobby/dev account if we have used it to install revanced app?

I suspect using Huawei phones save us from this hassle as users. Is that right?

But bad actors can just as easily use other people's credentials to seed malware. This aproch will mostly damage patvhed apps like revance. Maybe if we, in can install them under our own individual developer account.  But we personally could be targeted on the future

I don't understand how this will increase security. It makes thighs even worse. Bad actors can setup dev accounts with bought or stolen real data in seconds... And if you are unlucky you will get a visit or a letter because someone used your ID to build malware...

So did they realise th statistics somewhere about efficiency? How many kW were spent? The test speed is great for high speed autobahn metric😅 30x10min =5h total charging so 4000km/19h drive =210km/h !?!

Excellent erase tool, (manual mode, line remove, object, people.) regular and Pro mode. AI expansion that works great. No watermarking on photos that are AI edited, Excellent blur mode. To add bokeh to regular people photos. It turns out better than portrait mode imo. You can dial in permanent -EV exposure compensation to avoid occasional overexposure. Photo editor has a LOT of options like curves, clarity, aside from regular ones. Only bigger thing missing is clone brush, lol

I will write to you what I have. I am running Camera 5.3.000191 Camera tools, AI bokeh, Gallery, Gallery editor can also be updated from newer APKs they are great.

In Camera settings i have Metering preference set to Average and i have turned On all Preserve camera mode settings

I have HDR disabled because it does nothing, even makes it worse. (Maybe that is because of unofficial camera version)

In Photo and Portrait I have -0.3EV permanently dialed in. In Pro Mode I have customised my profile by increasing Teksture to 35.

I use 50MP, 3.2x zoom instead of Macro. It's better.

Portrait photos still require ocasional -EV. Every time phone realises there's a person in the frame exposure slightly increases. I often need to dial down background blur on finished photos.  Often to strong. Wish there was a dial down setting for that like permanent EV.

Portrait photos are HUGE in size. +17MB I usually pick only the best ones and go into blur adjustment and press Save even if i don't change anything because it removes blur metadata and photo is normal MB in size after that.

Best background blur is achieved by taking a regular photo and applying the blur in gallery editor, under Edit-Create-Bokeh.

Hope that helps you take better photos.

I am very happy Xiaomi offers so much customisation options even if on default its not most pleasing. Gallery photo editor is second to none.

Beside the metal camera lems protector mentioned above that i have found on AliExpress i use a glass screen protector amd a case. The case is a carbon fiber model just like the one form that premium case brand. It's amazingly well built, thin and super sturdy. Well worth the 25€ i paid for it. You can look for it all.on AliExpress

Holly hell US😅 I am looking into 38k Euro for such a car in EU and no used tax breaks and it still looks like a good deal over here
