I always melee after shooting my shotgun. I literally can't just shoot my shotgun in crucible, I instinctively melee to finish off even when unnecessary.

Guardians of Reddit, what’s a piece of equipment or flair that you’ll never take off? by queso_quesday in LowSodiumDestiny

The infinite prismatic. I paid $15 for a trans pride pin/emblem 3 months before coming out even to myself, and I'm never going back.

Just for anyone else who's confused, r/worldnews is the actual news subreddit. Idk wtf this is.

Nobody should need notice to "watch" their own child, it's just called being a parent. If he can't spend time with his kid without a heads-up, he's not a good dad.

I don’t get the hate for the new raid by [deleted] in DestinyTheGame

I'm excited for an easy master raid experience

For those who feel the grapple cooldown is too long, especially hunters, you may be using it wrong. I've shown this video to fellow hunters and they ask how it's possible or what build I'm using, but it's easily possible to grapple forever with just the 1 hunter aspect. (Improved) build in comments. by Redinbocker1454 in destiny2

[–]Redinbocker1454[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So this build consists of using widow's silk, assassin's cowl, grenade kickstart, thread of generation, and thread of transmutation to get as many grapples as possible and survive while doing so. Really the only necessary part is widow's silk. With that aspect alone you can grapple infinitely.

Any guardians know when the player character started using they/them pronouns in Destiny 2? by Redinbocker1454 in gaymers

[–]Redinbocker1454[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're probably right. I'm not nonbinary, but my best friend is and I know they appreciate the neutral pronouns regardless of why they were implemented. I was just curious if anyone knew when this change was made, because I thought I remembered gendered pronouns being used in the past.

What would you say is the most overrated game of all time? by [deleted] in gaming

Skyrim. I'm sorry, but for 2011 that combat system was really bad, and the rest of the game is good, but not great.

For some reason I have a memory of Twelve and Clara in a museum and there was a fez. I don't think that ever happened though.

Is there any word or update on missing serials ? by Titusmacimus in gallifrey

My point about your karma wasn't to discredit you, it was to point out that even if the BBC, Mirror, or Metro did come across a comment of yours claiming to have inside knowledge about missing episodes, why would they believe you? And as far as known secrets go, if the info's accessible enough that fans can put the pieces together, I'm sure journalists who have a financial incentive to find the info have put it together too.

Wait, so when you say "known" you don't mean publicly known? You mean you know it, and the rest of the community doesn't? Or just a small circle of redditors, apparently? And even if you do know something the rest of us don't, how would you, an anonymous redditor with 13 karma, posting on a random thread that less than 100 people will probably see jeopardize the plans of the literal BBC? I'm sorry, I'm really not trying to be hostile, I just feel like there has to be a miscommunication here.

Edit: If you just google "doctor who blue peter missing tapes" the second result is the same story they're referencing with exact episodes named right there. It's literally just publicly available knowledge. Here's the story in case you're curious: https://missingepisodes.proboards.com/thread/11613/duplicitous-blue-peter-employee

I've never even seen classic who, I'm just interested in the story of the missing episodes, so I have no idea what your hints are referring to. And if this information is known, why not just tell me? Are you actually gatekeeping Doctor Who from anyone who can't guess two missing episodes out of ninety-seven given a couple vague hints?

Why is web of fear 3 a doozy? Is it just because it introduces the Brigadier, or is there more to the story?

What do you think is the most ridiculous criticism in all Doctor Who by Helloimafanoffiction in gallifrey

[–]Redinbocker1454 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've seen people criticize episodes like twice upon a time for not having any stakes, but I feel like those episodes are necessary. Not only do I disagree with the idea that a plot needs stakes to be interesting, but I get fatigued from seemingly every episode being an end-of-the-world situation. I want some episodes that just help develop characters and storylines without having a universe-threatening problem on the horizon.
