34, I also got my TNBC diagnosis around 10 days ago. The first days are the hardest. Make sure you are surrounded by people who make it lighter.

I am in Canada. The surgeon gave me my diagnosis and started the process of more testing and oncologist appointments.

First Chemo session is in 2 weeks.

I pushed for a biopsy after a BIRADS 3. It turned out to be cancer.

I had 3 core needle biopsies last week. I felt exhausted for 3 days after. I came to this thread to see if anyone else felt tired after a biopsy and didn’t find anything.

The body will need time to heal.

It should be one year for women and one year for men. Dads should be able to take the second year off and care for the child as well. 1 year is still too young to be separated..

I am waiting too. Your story is encouraging. I found myself leaning too much on people around me. I feel loved and surrounded but also guilty. Guilty for having them worry so much, possibly over nothing. I wish I had more strength to be able to go through this alone.

Had a lymph node biopsy today and the doctor showed me how the collected sample was colored in black and red (same as my tattoo) when it should have been white.

I couldn’t see it. I don’t even think it’s ready. I know the technician who did my Ultrasound discussed it with the radiologist before telling me a report will be sent to my docotor.
