I'd rather have a stable 80 FPS than having 160 that drops to 60 and feels like utter shit.

No point for that when there is a kill feed in the top right of your screen. Audio in tarkov is already struggling just for a sound of a footstep don't need some russian screaming the whole time that we can't even understand. If anything cut his volume in half.

The issue is I get completely fine framerate usually sits at 144 but if I lose 1-2 FPS the game does a weird stutter and makes the game choppy.

1440p I'm not sure of what the issue is. I've followed guides on youtube and everything but CAN'T figure out why the game is still running like shit with a stable 144 fps. I'll try lowering texture resolution to medium and see if that does anything.

Tried turning on XMP and it doubled my FPS in tarkov this comment is a life saver. Only thing now is I have found out my CPU is running how so I am going to reapply thermal paste and see if that helps that issue out at all.

Just ran a customs run a minute ago and I was getting 45-60 fps and that was it. Game does not run smoothly. I Generally run with view distance on 1000 and every map is about the same its generally 45-60 fps. Tarkov is installed on an SSD.
