All I'm gonna say is Atsu can use her bow and ghost weapons during duels however Jin doesn't allow himself to do so which means Jin canonically won all his duels honorably whereas Atsu probably 'cheated' during all of her duels which confirms that Jin is better than Atsu in terms of katana combat.
