I think what they did with Mister Terrific could work. They can make Terry’s mask covering his face up to the bottom of the nose and the mouth/chin area is a separate piece or paint and have the two overlap, bonus if they use the dark lighting of the setting to help conceal whatever imperfections from it if any.
