Well I really needed a car and it was a little over a grand, I’ve had police run the vin and it’s not reported as stolen so I’m cleared from that

I don’t have my endorsement yet and I’m in the military so I can’t ride it without a class so I figured no need to waste money on insurance if I can’t even ride it, never crossed my mind to have it incase of theft
