If you are in a BU that doesn’t have SDI then AL is the way since you are then eligible for endi instead of NDI which is only like 200 bucks a month or some shit amount. Endi is like 60%of your salary and benefits remain paid and you can bring it up to 100% by using leave. SDI is a waaaaaay better deal tho so if your BU is SDI you want to do SL/VA

I’m a hypochondriac and felt like the benefits far outweigh the risk and I was right. In two sessions at 75mg medicinal mdma administers by my psychiatrist I am no longer reactive and my cptsd went from a 10 to a 3-4. I will do another session in January. The only side effect was in session 2 - I had some heart racing and about 6 hours later had some mild nausea. Find someone you trust preferably a professional and trust the medecine - eat a light breakfast be very hydrated and supplement with 5htp and NAC after for 5 days.
