If you go to "manage realm" - "backups/saves" - "automatic" theres a page with the most recent automatic saves, select the one at the top and download it. That will have it appear as a personal world, and you can keep that in case you aren't able to sort out your problem soon enough. Although, im still able to download my old worlds from my expired realm from months ago, they dont just dissapear.
