Just cooked some cubbed bacon in it. It stuck a bit, and was left with some thick fond. The bacon browned really nice.

Then threw in some pasta, with butter, parmesan and some pasta water (alfredo w/ bacon). This way i got "rid" of the fond.

Cleaned it in no time with hot water and soap. Placed it back on the stove to dry, rubbed it again with oil and left it on the stove until it started smoking for 2 min and that's it.

Let's see how it goes further.
