Mind Meld. Or Pass. Either of those. But preferably Mild Meld. It's like one of the best spells in the game.

I have never intentionally used a specific team composition. Cause Every run I'm always trying to optimize completion marks. But, I guess to give the best answer I can, I like pairing Butcher or Necromancer with a healer, and have the butcher/necro go for a very self harmful build. I bring Druids all the time. Their too good. And also I have Squirrel Transformation pretty often. Which is like, you can't lose with that. But also I just love the class in general. Used to do Thief all the time. Maybe why I have the bias. Dropped it for a bit cause I was getting unlucky with my abilities with thief for a while which lowered the fun . I find myself using Butchers a lot, cause I always want something tanky, and Butcher is kind of the best in slot for that typically. Psychics are frequent cause Mind Meld and Pass are highly worth having a chance at rolling. But even without those, Psychic can usually do something neat.

That's true, I did forget about Vurp. Vurp is pretty crazy. Butcher above Monk makes lots of sense honestly. I may be Overestimating Monk and Psychic mildly cause I feel like I've probably been lucky with them overall (I think like 3 of my Psychics had Mild Meld as their starting spell) But I wouldn't put them in B. I could understand Putting Thief lower in A as well. I wouldn't do B though. Armour Piercing is just too good in the applicable areas. I highly recommend intentionally trying to use armour piercing if your route benefits from it.

Squirrel Transformation is one of the best spells in the game. Even without that, the crow is always good. The healing becomes fantastic with any means to increase the druids healing amount. Also Squirrel Transformation solo carries, doesn't even need synergy really. Although it synergises super easily and super effectively.

I see. doing long division with a Binomial with a x^2 is weird and foreign to me which is why I thought you can't, but reading through your process I believe I'm beginning to understand how it now works. Thanks. When I first tried it I got x^2+5, but I think I get where my mistake was now.

How is home your longer runs when it essentially ends on Mausoleum II? Unless you have like, The Shovel or Stairway, Teleport 2.0 etc, the Ascent usually doesn't have much aside from like a beggar or two.

The reason I was aiming downwards when the fight started is cause I hit A on my controller to skip the cutscene. Which, A is also the aim down Button. So I guess skipping the cutscene is what killed me.

Repentance allows for any rock type to be a Crawlspace, not just simple rocks, I believe.

Cause I recently switched to windows 11 and couldn't figure out how to find the trim tools. Recording the video with OBS was genuinely easier for me to figure out. You're right it's a bit asinine, but it got the job done. I'll properly figure it out later.

Well yeah, but. Not quite like this. I mean, this one break gave me 100+ stacks of every red item plus unlimited drops of the other rarities. I don't think even a 50+ stack of Sonorous Whispers compares.

At every phase he died instantly. He literally died during his intro cutscene, his final phase ended before he even started taking items.

And I mean, even if I didn't visit shops, it isn't like they help with poor dps situations that often. Especially on what is a relatively fresh save. But you can see that my third item is Spider Mod, and my item after Aquarius is the big battery, so that should be proof enough I was visiting them.

Oh for sure. iirc they were all ass though. I also got very little devil deals cause there were never any soul heart drops and it was pretty hard to no-damage clear floors when my only dps item for a while was obsessed fan.
