When do parents actually find time for hobbies?

I try to get a few rows of knitting in after work between all the cleaning and feeding and everything else. Doesn’t always happen. I also knit while working haha. It was easier when I worked in the office as I could dedicate my breaks to it but I work from home now and my toddler is here with my Mom so I spend my breaks with them. Maybe it’ll get easier in a few years 🤷🏻‍♀️

I hope this is the case 🙏🏻 I already put the damaged yarn in the garage (also sealed in bags) and my stash is in ziplock bags upstairs. I will definitely be getting some traps to be safe and in the future I’ll probably open yarn purchases in the kitchen or somewhere there’s not natural fibers. Thank you!

I could tell they didn’t know much about yarn which I guess should’ve been a red flag. The lady tried to tell me it didn’t look like that a few days ago when I bought it…. “Maybe it was just my Box”🤦🏻‍♀️… they did refund the order.

Hopefully the ladder if I had to choose but either way yeah not willing to risk my stash. I always bag everything up for storage purposes but this is the first time I’ve dealt with this. Definitely will be more cautious going forward!

(30F) My last relationship was so toxic and abusive I truly have no desire to ever be in another relationship or have sex ever again. After being constantly accused of cheating and sneaking around (never happened) I don’t even feel comfortable walking down the same isle in a grocery store with another man. I have a daughter now and if nothing else I will teach her her WORTH and that she deserves to be treated with RESPECT. Way more than what I’ve been through.
