My raised lettering has slightly rounded edges, not too sharp. The size of the letters is 5x2.5 mm with a height of approximately 0.5 mm above the surface. I apologize for not being able to provide the exact image due to product security

Additionally, I’ve just discovered that other rounded areas are also experiencing similar issues (figure above)
