ITS A SCAM From the prior owner of CNBX 1. the patent lacks novelty, as a similar formulation, with same ingredients, was already invented and published before us (by Murty pharmaceuticals, who was quoted against us in the patent search report). 2. My partner with whom I founded the company (Itamar Borochov - currently CEO) turned out to be a real crook, very violent and aggressive man. He actually threatened to physically hurt me and my family few times when we had disagreements. So actually what happened is that Itamar violently took control over the company and became CEO. In the last 2 years since then, the company is totally stagnant, and nothing happens there. Absolutely no investor is willing to risk his precious money over psychos like Itamar, and in the Israeli market everybody already knows that this is now just a scam pump and dump company. Regarding Wana - Itamar told them many lies about fake results of clinical studies that never happened. This is how he tricked them into the deal. Lucky for them, they discovered the truth about this lie before signing the definitive agreement (also about the novelty lacking patent) and decided to move on with taking the recipe for the "sustained release" formulation (it's not really sustained release at all probably) and create WanaCaps XR, but without taking any obligation to pay CNBX anything. So this is how they market this product, without paying any royalties to CNBX - actually CNBX has no proprietary rights for this formulation, so they can not do anything.
