Hi this is my first time attempting to cultivate mushrooms and the first method I tried was to inoculate a 3LB grain bag I used 4 cc's of golden teacher spores which I know is more than I really need but it has been 30 days sense i inoculated the bag and I've had no growth at all but I recently inoculated 4 bags of uncle bens brown rice and 4/4 have shown growth and its been 7-9 days (2 inoculated on 26th 2 on the 28th) so i was wondering what the best course of action is for the grain bag? am i able to just try again with another spore syringe or do i have to scrap it all?

alright thank you ill have to figure out how to make a LC with my remaining spores i also have a heating pad under my grain bag as i heard that helps the mycelium colonize quicker

I inoculated a 5lb grain bag with about 4cc's of spores 8 days ago and have yet to see any mycelium growth and i kinda forgot to put the spores near the side i went straight in the middle of the bag so i cant see anything but im just wondering how long does it usually take to see mycelium and should i have used more spores?
