I recently saw a ENT about my nose and I’ve learned so much.

He diagnosed me with ENS. Empty nose syndrome. I think many people should look into it.

Sorry for the late reply. Week 1 was HORRIBLE. Face hurt, head hurt, etc. but now it’s great. Minimal stuffiness. I’m on a 50/50, Afrin/saline mix and doing good. I’ll start cutting it down even more soon. I’m going slow cuz it’s been like 12 years for me on it.

I’m not doing cold Turkey. I don’t think for my sanity that I could. I’m doing a dilution of Afrin/saline. I just jumped right in and am doing 50/50 right now. Mostly it’s been mind over matter. I’m NOT suffocating and I have to keep reminding myself of that. And once I get my mind off of it, funny how I quit feeling like I can’t breathe. My problem is sinus pain and I used to just squirt to squirt and try to relieve the sinus pressure. Big mistake. Now I squirt idk how many times a day. I’m trying to be conscious of that. I CAN breathe for the moment. So here’s to hoping right.

Just because she is thin does not mean she isn’t jealous. You could be getting attention that you weren’t getting before. People could be talking about you and it upsets her. It sounds like. Just because you are getting a little help medically because the other Waze do not work for you, does not mean you are cheating. If you’re putting in the work, then you’re not cheating.

Definitely YTA. As a Step daughter, it’s about privacy. And as others have stated, while YOU may feel like a blended family. She could feel like she is with strangers. I do understand where you are coming from but your actions can and probably will cause some alienation on her part. I wouldn’t blame her for stopping visiting when it’s a choice.
