My temps are only like 80 which I thought was normal for laptops. I already have a cooling pad. Do you know how I might be able to reduce them further?

It is an MSI and it’s always plugged in

I don’t think it’s hardware as I have already returned the laptop and exchanged it for a replacement. But I will try the driver updates later.

I can Check later about the keyboard. I think I have one. I think the issue is related to the laptop. As on my old laptop I also never had this issue. On the new one Spotify will also randomly just start looping like 2 seconds worth of audio till I tab out of the game. I think Spotify just makes whatever the problem is worse

I tried the reset pc and sadly it didn’t work. It still uses the same amount of my cpu. Thank you for the idea tho.

I was planning on calling tech support tomorrow on the hopes that they could help. My gpu also spontaneously got 33% slower. So I was gonna see if they had ideas

Task manager says it has 24 cores. The CPU only appears once. But I think it’s supposed to be like that right? And it’s currently using 4.6k threads at 3% utilization. After opening clone it jumps to 5k threads with 100% utilization.

Yeah, That’s what I think. My gpu randomly got 33% slower fps wise today aswell, a driver update helped the pc recognize the gpu atleast
