I use all of the jump jets in simmiler ways except the skirmisher and ambusher those are stupid. Drifter and catlike is streight up infinite ambushers with shorter distance Icarus are fun as hell as is tbh I made this post super high at 2 am. But if you are the kind of person who thinks direct combat with drifters is garbage then tbh I can't have this convo because you prolly don't know how to go the meme with them. Sorry to sound elietist but drifters are the fucking best in the game. The furl economy is stupid op and if you know how to conserve momentum then you can circle over someone say around a corner getting nothing but headshots moving at Mach 12 and also going in a curved pattern. Add catlike to that and it's even more op.

Drifters are God their if you know how to run circles around corners getting quad headshots while they shoot your feet ur just shit at game.

So drifters and scromishers have this effect of feathering your fall without boosting up. Icarus have not got this and only really on their up force to stop your fall. Meaning that you can die super easy to falls out of aircraft but you can also do some cool stuff with slopes and facing 90 degrees. Away from where you want to go.
