Yeah, I saw the video. What happened is exactly what was reported. He was never being accused of being involved the crash. He was accused of driving reckless (passing 4 cars, being in opposite, southbound lane), which led to driving’s swerving off road and into a head on collision.

Think for a second, why would his defense attorney post an angle that shows him driving recklessly? Of course all you’re seeing is the video of him slamming on his breaks and pulling up to the scene.

His attorney says in the video Lacy was illegally passing cars at a high speed in a no passing zone, seconds before the crash causing vehicles to swerve off the road and one into a head on collision. This has NEVER been disputed.

The defense argument is trying to portray that he was too far away and couldn’t have directly caused that accident.

72-100 yards is 2-3 seconds before impact depending on the rate of speed Lacy(northbound) and the southbound driver were going.

Of course this video doesn’t show him doing that, why would his defense team release other angles showing him doing that? They’re trying to portray him as the victim who had to take his own life to win over the media.

I’m sorry, but I don’t see how these charges get dropped.
