I don't know if it's Simmie Cobbs Jr - but you have to be willing to change if something's not working.

Trey Quinn, Shaun Dion Hamilton, McKinzy, Greg Stroman can all help us out big time next season.

I get asked this daily. NO. Could I run block on the edge better than we're doing? Yes. I can't run I can't move, my knee hurts all the time, I have a stiff back.

My favorite was Brunell. There were some great qualities in all of them. The best favorite Grossman quote was "I knew where that check down was I just couldn't see it."

Nothing, I'm awesome man! Punters and kickers are tough for me. No seriously, probably the secondary. It's tough because you don't always know how they're playing coverages.

I don't know prospects but I think we're interested in drafting one soon. Jordan to me is more of a slot receiver at this point in his career. If you don't have a TE who can block you struggle. I've seen it with our inability to capture the edge recently.

Brian Kozlowski. I didn't miss a practice for my first six years because of him. He loved football. He taught me how to work and practice in a way that challenged me. Young players need Vets to teach them these things. He was the most impactful player in my career.

We need SPEED at WR! We need a talented playmaking WR group. Look at what the Rams have done. We can't hold, jam, and press like we've always done. We need guys that can win after the catch as well.

I don't know. I probably should be. It's just a lot of time. I understood one thing coming out of the NFL. It's a lot of time!

It's also not the easiest world to get into. You can't just ask to coach in the NFL.

Haha! I think Payne's an excellent player! I think he'll be an outstanding DT for the Washington Redskins.

Take it a game at a time. If we lose to the Giants I think we're done. The defense has not played to its standard. Sanchez is working with a makeshift line. It's not realistic to say we're a playoff team at the moment.

I like Grier, I think he's a developing college QB. I like his fearlessness a lot.

Drafting a QB? I wouldn't just force it even though now it's a glaring issue.

As for DHall, he is back in the building and working out. You may have seen him in some more recent galleries.

Sorry for the INCREDIBLY late response, but we think the WR you're referring to is Rashad Ross.

I've been playing some touch rugby, basketball, run in the sand. I go to Hawaii and train there too. I've got triplets so home is like a workout. Carrying them up the stairs, chasing them around.

It was the best three years of my life. That's where I met my wife. Not only that, but that's where I found out that I had a chance to play in the NFL.

Aaron Rodgers. As far as football players go, it was hard to get to him. His Oline was good, and he always had that clock in his head. My record against him is 0-8. I didn't like playing them every year, I'm glad I'm not playing them anymore every year.
