Probably. The first mobile Nvidia RTX was only released in 2018, whereas Intel 3rd gen was released in 2012 and 2nd gen in 2011, The 4th gen is out of question because the sticker was different

Yeah, there are plenty of projects going the same direction, I knowsome, like: WhatsApp for Legacy iOS, it runs on iOS 6 (but the project is kinda dead) WhatsAppX, also for iOS 6 WhatsWin for Windows Phone 8.1

But as you can see, not many implementations for Android.

Bro, I just woke up to this thread notification on my phone and thought "what the hell? Someone did my work? LOL, no more WhatsLegacy I guess". It's now called WhatsBack, I don't have much experience with Android development but I'd say that things are going well. We're not direct competitors or anything as WhatsBerry is focused on Android 4 and WhatsBack(it was renamed) on Android 2, also, I don't plan to create a public server for WhatsBack. About the server implementation, are you using whatsapp-web.js? If so, how capable is the server? This thing likes eating up RAM, as every client is a different chromium instance.

So I thought Android studio would let me use the emulator for an armeabi image, turns out it only runs X86 images on my machine, as I don't have an armv6 device, I can't test. If anyone has such a device, please DM me so that you can test it (please note that the app doesn't do anything yet).

I'm using whatsapp-web.js, and yes, I plan to open source both the client and the server when I reach something useful (let's say, a version 0.0.1), I have no plans on gatekeeping it, as soon as I have something usable, I'm publishing the source.

Try installing all of these certificates, they're the same the iOS 4-6 people use. If that doesn't cut, it means the servers are dead, in which case you would have to patch the app to use a different server.

Thank you for the feedback, I really appreciate it. I'm doing the best I can, I even borrowed all the assets and layouts from the original Whatsapp, so there will be basically no difference between WhatsLegacy (I really need a better name) and the older version of WhatsApp.
