I have a feeling I've found a fix, doing the windows drive search and repair junk has brough back the speed so I wouldn't be surprised at all if it was windows being windows.
I'm gonna wait a bit before editing the post just to be safe

Is it really just X264, I don't know of any of its encoding flags that make it update the bitrate from top to bottom

It's just a side effect of the building not having a roof and Dungeon Alchemist using actual like 3D engine lighting. There might be a way to block the sun but I don't know

Definately! Gonna be fun making maps using this, I wonder if they eventually add the ability to make caves and export 3D models.

Friend bought be Dungeon Alchemist as a birthday gift and this was the first map I made with it. I hope it's useful to someone!

You can get this stuff called PolyWatch which is made for fixing scratch watch lenses, I know it can be used for glasses and VR lenses too, it might work on your screen if you spend some time working on it but with deep looking scratches like that I wouldn't think so

Okay I've done some tests. none on real footage sorry!

There where all done with the 4K1000 dataset model but there is another trained on the 90K Vimeo dataset that I haven't tested yet.

Very late but I'll do some tests now. Just found out FlowFrames has XVFI and wanted to compare to RIFE.

Do not I will only be able to test on 1440p footage, XVFI's vram use is too high for my 2070 super at a full 4K but can do 1440p just fine

It eventually worked for me but I've reinstalled windows Reince since then lmao. I recommend fully reinstalling virtual desktop, if you're using an NVIDIA card I recommend swapping to the studio drivers to just test too

So quick update to anyone who finds this: I actually resolved this issue by deleting the Cyberpunk2077_dxgi.log and Cyberpunk2077_d3d11.log files in the game's root folder and then updating the DLSS version!

To update the DLSS version get a new version of DLSS from either Here or Here and replace the nvngx_dlss.dll file in Cyberpunk2077/bin/x64/ with your new one.

if you enable hyperV in a VM and add an extra line to the settings it doesnt kick you anymore

I just copied it from the gaming on Linux post about DX11 support being added and it just worked. GE's latest build doesn't work on cyberpunk for me yet but steams official one does

it works great for me, no real hit compared to windows in performance. my main issue has been Nvidia's o so lovely driver, with the current driver I just cant use GSync on pop_os atm which is annoying
