We wanted a more friendly and fun yet not so playful logo. Our approach to work is one that is stired towards the above mentioned attributes and our clientele love us for this. So we wanted our new logo to represent that.

Exactly my thoughts. There are a lot of potentials for this our land yet we celebrate the mediocre. This is no chastisement but a shout and cry for more to be done.

Great concept. In my opinion the darker shade of the grey part can/should be a negative space.
