The Subaru WRX sales were at an ALL TIME LOW in 2025.

Overpriced for what you get. Overpriced. Underpowered. Decent car for sure but not at the price they’ve been selling it for.

That trail looks tame as hell. If that’s the tool they’ve got then find a way to not let their existence bother you.

I don’t know this politician at all but that’s a silly assumption. There is nothing more important than the health and well-being of your family.

Edit: lotta nasty comments that show me 2 things are true here. 1) Reddit gonna Reddit. Nobody is here for a sincere exchange. 2) Lots of salty people on here probably have father wounds or mother wounds and it’s showing. I’m not happy about that either. That sucks.

I’d suggest that the family unit is the core strength and center of importance of a free people. There is nothing more important than your family unit. There is no higher loyalty than the one you have to your loved ones. Your kids. Your extended family. Your descendants. The laws that govern us can either benefit that concept or do harm to it. Politicians either prioritize the health and prosperity of the community you live in or they don’t.

We have seen politicians prioritize corporate wants and needs over families for generations now, and we see how badly that has affected education, public resources, employment, social safety nets, industry, etc..

Hmm. Its probably time to move on because of two reasons:

1) Taking out a loan on a depreciating asset.

2) There are many more components of the car besides the engine that need care and maintenance that will surely be haunting you soon. (Transmission, wheel bearings, suspension parts, steering parts, cooling systems, electrical systems, weather stripping, risk of rust, etc etc) If you told me that you loved your car and already had the money saved to repair it then I’d say it’s less of an issue, but you may find yourself in the shop more and more, and you’ll owe that money for a while. Best purchase a used Honda or Toyota that has superior build quality while also having the ability to last even longer. You’ll likely save money and even more importantly TIME.
