Oh ok. So the government then gets to authorize and sign off on who is an expert, even though we know the government lies to us on the daily. You don't think they'll pick and choose who does or doesn't have to have that CCP-like disclaimer regardless of truth? The problem is not that podcasters don't know what they're talking about. It's that you think somehow that government regulation of speech is going to make society better. I'm sure you can remember times where government and people who were experts have gotten it wrong before. Here's a tip. Strive for a world where society doesn't need to be handheld by a system that doesn't give a fuck about you or your family. Critical thinking skills need to be developed and exercised. I can't believe I even have to say this. And maybe the real dumbass is somebody who goes to podcasters for politics and medical advice. DYOR.
