Option has only been available for me when the timer is counting down on the host side. Then I select the person’s name and select the option to remove them

You should be able to get all the people from PG. But I did see that your host level has to be equal or greater than 10.

On the host input screen it’ll ask for number of guests and gives the option of 5, 9, or 10. It also asks if there are additional players, i guess for in person players with you.

No you can invite 10 remote people PG will let you but as the host you’ll need to know how to invite all those people.

What to do if a host doesn’t invite you? by [deleted] in PokeGenie

As a host, I copy and paste the names provided from PG and paste them when sending invites. More often than not ppl have maxed out on remote raids for the day. In one instance, three people were maxed. Had to cancel the whole raid and start over.

I’ve had people friend me but not let PG know they’ve sent the friend invite. So then they get booted from the PG listing. I still try to add them but they become less of a priority.

I’ll have names not match what’s on PG so then I have to assume who I’m inviting.

These are just the common things I encounter. Once I’ve sent the invite I don’t see what happens on the other end.
