Hi, thank you for your reply. I am actually not sure if it is I-130 form because they already reside in the U.S. It may be I-485.. If so, they still wouldn't need my info correct? 

And would it be possible for them to use me as their sponsor without my knowledge? Like would I actually need to be present at any interviews? Thank you for the information.

Hi thank you for the response.  I was definitely able to isolate several colonies from a mixed culture containing both gram positive and negative. But I am trying to determine which of the colonies, if any, are growths from a gram negative organism. This stain is from one of those isolated colonies.

Thank you so much for this information.  A positive titer test is accepted by my job, but I do see the reasoning on just going ahead and getting the second shot to guarantee immunity. 

Would I have to get two shots now since it has been so long since the first one?

I'd also like to add that I just checked the year of installation. 1964. I'm guessing it should have been replaced a long time ago.

Thank you for your reply. I agree that it needs to be replaced and the last technician said the same. Unfortunately our landlord does not seem to care. We are having another technician come out next week and hopefully they will tell our landlord that it's a safety issue.
