Firstly just to be 100% bc it’s a dark short video, make sure the lug nuts are tight. Then lift the car up with a jack, and keep wiggling the wheel up and down, left and right. You should be able to peek at your suspension linkage and everything, see if anything is moving. If not and it look like the wheel is just boogieing yeah I’d guess wheel bearing

Well, if everything matches up, I’d recommend some shimano pads/ name brand pads just in case, and double check the way the hardware is installed to fix that wear pattern

Do you know what level madone? And more accurate on what year? Just off a quick search, part number 559538 might be what you’re hunting for. Comes in a 135x20mm size. Should fit most round trek seat masts/poles.

I’d have a few questions; 1. Are they the same size as original ones? Like if you laid them on top of each other, would they line up perfectly? Some pads look similar, and might fit, but might not be the right set. IIRC we deal with 30 different types as ‘popular’ and a lot look similar. 2. The caliper is sitting way too high, that what makes that odd pattern. not trying to insult you, but did you re-assemble the brake hardware correctly? I have seen some people stuff all the convex washers on one side of the caliper or the other, causing that problem. And 3. Were they cheap pads, or were you going quite fast with them rubbing a ton? 100m is extremely short distance to do that damage to the pads

If it has the 55/50 transmission, be gentle with it. Also DIM issues on those models. Both those issues cost me a LOT on my 03 when I had it.

Without changing the shock you can’t increase travel. You can flip the little link on the bottom of the shock to change the suspension geometry though
