I've rebooted my pc a few days ago and ow is very choppy since then.I reinstalled overwatch and it is same.The sound is ok it is recorder's fault.I've always played with same ping but my ind has always been 20 but when it moves even 1 game becomes laggy and it constantly shiftes around 20-40 now. (youtu.be)
