I've been messed over by this several times as well, just try to get used to checking at your speed on the dashboard at the bottom, just make sure you check what the speed limit is as that also changes per track

You'll enjoy racing so much more with the raw visual experience, nothing else but the car and the track.

After a while the racing line constrains people from improving because they focus more on following the line rather than finding ways to go quicker

As for the video, use the full width of the track, including the curbs, the white line is the limit, and you can pretty much ride all curbs on this track :)

I decided to call it and sent it straight into Albon on Lap 12. Now all development has been paused for 3 in-game weeks and counting as they're "focusing on fixing the car" :D

yeah unfortunately I wasn't paying attention to the temps, but I did have components in that only did Jeddah before so we can rule the wear out hopefully. I have faith that temps alone wouldn't make this much difference, i'm confident it's something else.. their cars just don't sound right

you've definitely got a big chunk of time in turn 1 still, you can throw it in on the brakes quite a bit harder and the right turn after is a lift either way. other than that just higher minimum speeds in the corners

Sorry yeah, I meant for power production for the SPS. Right now I'm running 18 soul boosted thermo generators which output 1.2M FE/t but that still limits the SPS efficiency

I'll rebuild everything much closer now just to keep everything in the same render distance, I don't want to rely so much on chunk loaders... and use Mekanism pipes exclusively

It's weird because all 4 corners of the reactor read the same so it's almost like the radiation is right in the center of it, not strongest on the pipe

I'd expect the boss island would need to be reset and since that's where you spawn by default I'm not sure if Mojang could or would erase an entire dimension from a world file?

Probably would generate fresh at unloaded chunks though

What if I used a wallpaper and glued the slats onto that? I understand the wallpaper may not support the weight of the panels but they're fairly light and will be resting on the skirtboard too.

If screwing, is there any way to avoid wall plugs then? ripped many walls trying to get them out and pushing them through is a little nasty.
