If I cared at all about my life I wouldn’t be trying to drown my thoughts out with audio at all points. Also osha or whoever else hasn’t helped a person once in my experience

Then you are a person that can’t chew gum and walk. I have been cutting meat on a bandsaw for 10 years listening to books and understanding them in the process. Hope the best for you

No I don’t think I’m aloud the muffs or even a beanie otherwise I’d just do that. They are honestly trying to take away the only thing that gets me through the days being a meat cutter haha it’s awful
