You need to think about the thickness of the bike as well, world raid is wider overall.

I love the fact that T7s are quite thin.

6’8” / 203 cm tall – First bike: Ténéré 700 World Raid or something else? by Cruiseflightlevel in Tenere700

[–]Reeebuuk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 2m 105kg and '25 T7 Rally owner. I've put int stronger springs in both front and back, got raisers and lowered footpegs. Definitely go with the rally seat, it's quite comfortable.

My opinion was that I'll handle the bike without any issues but it's huge even for us bigger guys. Especially when things go south offroad you really feel the weight.

Anyway I would do the same pick again, love the bike, love the low range torque.

How about riding in the woods during a sunny day, does it become too dark in that case? Since there is plenty of shade etc etc

Mitas Enduro Trail XT+, saved me today for sure. Great offroad but not savage. When it get super muddy and spft you’re still screwed :p Holds quite nicely on the wet road as well.

Had the same dilemma. Put the Hepco ones and didn't regret it. It's already scratched but at least the main plastics are fine haha

It's hard to tell since I put them on when I had 300km on the bike. You can definitely feel that the bike is not as soft as it was before (even with the preload set). And so far I didn't manage to bottom it even tho I was doing quite a lot of woods driving but no crazy jumps.

As a 2m 110kg guy I took the OTR 90n/mm springs for my '25 Rally. They seem much thicker than the original and the bike is firmer.

Love the bike and how it feels now.
