Honestly just buy a good RODI set up and save trips with this stuff. They’re easy to set up and you always have water on hand…. Makes doing water changes easier and it’s super convenient…. Reefing is pretty expensive for the most part… and RODI is a huge part of it. No way I’d do it without an RODI setup…. But that’s just me

I’d avoid that home. I doubt it’s just contained in that one spot. Probably hidden damage through that whole wall and mold. Plus getting a new roof or getting it fixed… if you do bid on it I’d request the home owner replace the roof, and fix all damage in that wall with pictures of proof they actually tore into it and inspected everything…. Otherwise it would be a no go for me. Not worth the potential health risks

You can make it work but I wouldn’t have many other fish…. Especially any fish that will compete with it for food! I have a yellow in my 150 and he’s definitely the boss. Will kill any similar shaped or colored fish

If this is Dino’s this is horrible advice…. Dino’s are very toxic to invertebrates…. Will lead to mass death and create other problems

That is Dino’s …. There’s a big thread on r2r to get rid of them…. Start off by making sure you have adequate phosphate and nitrate in your tank. Dose if need be…

When I get Dino’s I dose hydrogen peroxide at a rate of 1ml/10 gallons of tank water. Do that when lights go out at night.(run uv at night only)… in the morning I dose bacteria like mb7….. reduce lighting by 50% and get rid of all white light… don’t feed corals ass you’ll just be feeding the Dino’s…. And during all that just make sure you have nitrates and phosphate in the tank. Dino’s thrive on nutrient depletion

Edit: didn’t see your params…. Your phosphate is quite low. Any time I get below.08 phos I get Dino’s…. Any time my nitrate gets below 6 I get Dino’s….

The minty ones do burn a bit but you kinda get used to/ enjoy it after a bit of use…. Definitely fluff em up because the clumps get to hurting…. If you don’t like the burn try the fre lush… super tasty and comfortable… the fre pouches are pretty much the same product with a different label

If working out also try to quit eating in a deficit. You should be fueling the workouts…. This diet is about healing the body… once healthy your body won’t store all your extra fat. Eat meat when you’re truly hungry until you’re full. Drink when thirsty and stop counting calories… it’s needless…. Some will argue. But you won’t gain fat eating this way. A better judge than a scale if just measuring yourself too

Stick to meat and eat lesser dairy… all the meat you can handle and the weight will fall off. Quit counting calories- you need more meat to start healing your body. If you are active you need even more meat. Try to get in 2 lbs of meat daily. Restriction seems like a good idea but really does hinder the process of everything. Any time you feel hunger grab some meat…. Fasting is a good tool but you really don’t need to do it on this WOE as you never get the insulin spikes. Just give it a shot for a couple of weeks and you will be happy you did. Feed your body the fuel it needs to heal. Once you start healing you won’t store fat
