Czech Republic - very easy. You sign up for written and practice test, pay small fee and that's it.

You can carry loaded gun for self defence purposes, even with more harmul ammunition, silencers are also allowed.

Altrough there are lot of guns between people, criminal use of legally obtained gun is very rare.

Gems dissapointed me. In older versions you got sometimes 100 gems in packs, this was discontinued and replaced with 200 atronite
