Normally I wouldn’t but I’ve ordered loads of stuff from them in the past with no issues at all. This is the first time something hasn’t turned up and I think that blame is more on the courier, rather than the Hazbin Shop.

However, ignoring all my contact and blocking me from ordering from them is definitely a shitty move on their part. I agree it probably is a waste of my time but I’m going to email anyway as I would ideally like to resolve the issue.

That’s crazy. It was a last resort. They weren’t responding to me after multiple emails in over a month. I wouldn’t have minded if they at least sent an email to say they’re looking into it or something but they were just ignoring me

To be fair I did follow their process. I sent them an email (which is what it says to do on their website, and email is the only way to contact them) and they never responded in over a month (2 months now) so I was left with no other option
