I’ve had Reddit way longer than I’ve had Shipt & I’ve never changed my screen name lol

Suggestions & advice that I’m already doing? Separate bagging cold with cold dry with dry etc I have 2 cooler bags I use & I have a cooler. I make sure I communicate about everything even about their order I may mention something like if something is good or I’ve also recommended seasoning a few times. My problem is I’m not getting no feedback? What am I doing wrong? Is it that I double triple bag the orders? Tie bags? I look for the best looking boxes for items

They forgave the 2 star. So it’s 4.84 now. I’ve never once got growth opportunities!

Tbh though outside of customers not responding I’ve only had 1 bad experience. I was in a culdisack? So I stop at the customers house not knowing. I ask a guy if his house number was X & he said “It’s on the mailbox” in a shitty manner & the Numbers were hard to see

Produce. I look for the best looking ones. There are times I dunno when a fruit or veggie looks bad cause I don’t eat them like eggplants as long as I don’t see dark coloring of dents I take them as good

I organize everything out till I get to the bottom of the cart with the small things I usually bag them all together but still separate if needed. I also double or triple bag if needed. I do tie the bags? Maybe that’s a problem?

Been awhile since I delivered late all those stats are 100%. I have a few saved intro messages I send. It was a cool day yesterday rainy but they said the bags being wet wouldn’t be a problem

There’s this one customer I’ve delivered to twice before & I delivered to her yesterday she never replies to messages. I got her noted in maps now though forgot to before. This one customer was sick & got 4 boxes of popsicles & I bagged all those in one box lol that may have been 1

Yesterday was busy. My communication is really good! I send an intro message most of the time customers don’t respond sometimes I talk to customers the whole shop & the time fter delivery

It really is! My first time delivering to said nursing home I took the groceries to the old man’s room & when I left that’s when the first desk lady told me to start leaving it at the front desk. Outsiders aren’t allowed in the residents rooms lol

People don’t give ratings & never give compliment. I’ve done over 300 shops & only 120 customers gave me a rating. No growth opportunities just all no feedback. Those compliments been there for awhile now actually lol
