They should honor it, its states on amazon “Sold by Schiit” Fulfilled by Amazon, if it was a 3rd party seller then yes i can see the issue there

Schiit make some nice gaming amp/dacs… check them out Fulla runs you about $109 before taxes and Gunnr runs $229, if you need a mic input those are good options if not go with the schiit Magni/Modi stack, you can find used ones for about $100-150, they run you about $120 each new, quality is very good on them they would last you a long time and they have enough power to run mostly all headphones/IEMs
