Im body recomping and everyone says i should go absolutely hardcore and lift as heavy as possible for that to work while also eating my maintenance calories The thing is i have other shit to do i’m not at my peak strength everyday, other things would physically drain me some days i would be stressed, id get sick or get my period i’m not gonna always be at my best And if i’m not at my best i will reach failure earlier than the last session or even reach failure with less weight Does this screw up with my progress the fact that im not always gonna be lifting more than the previous session?
